Chinese husbands experience childbirth pain in educational expo


Chinese husbands experienced the pain of childbirth firsthand at a mother-to-be expo in southern China.

The video, filmed in Panzhihua City in Sichuan Province yesterday (November 19), shows two men lying in chairs contorting their bodies in pain and screaming out loudly.

The two were wearing special devices that give electrical shocks, simulating the pain of childbirth, to the wearers, scaled on a level from one to ten.

A man can be seen tearing the pad off just seconds after the test starts and another man biting a cushion trying to last until the end of the test.

The test aims to let the husbands experience their wives’ difficulties to give birth to babies.
