Cleaners throw dirty water from 13th floor of residential building in China
Two cleaners poured dirty water from a balcony on the 13th floor of a residential building in southern China.
In the clip, shot in Zhangzhou city in Fujian province on June 20, two cleaners chucked buckets of water from the 13th-floor.
Residents reported the issue to the property management and they said the cleaners were getting rid of water from the corridor.
