Columbus Man Clings to Screeching Car Hood

Info from Licensor: "I left my house to walk to the grocery store. As I stepped outside, I heard the bf/gf couple in this video arguing. I ignored it and kept on. Shortly after that, I hear screeching brakes, so I turned around and I see the same couple coming up the street. The girl is driving and the guy has jumped on the hood demanding that she give him his wallet back. 911 was called and it seemed like everything was handled smoothly. I never found out if he got his wallet back, but he hung on the whole time, even when the cops came."
