Cooking YouTuber 'Jonny Oliver' pokes fun at Jamie Oliver's jerk rice

Parody cooking channel Jonny Oliver cooked strange mixes, like rice and beans, in satire over cultural appropriation accusations faced by celebrity chef Jamie Oliver.

The Youtuber said he adopted the cooking persona of "a character who embodies cultural appropriation" in response to backlash Jamie Oliver received over his 'jerk rice' product that didn't contain many of the ingredients often used in traditional Jamaican jerk seasoning.

This video was filmed in London on August 22, nine months before Jamie Oliver's restaurant chain collapsed.
