Cooper the dog has the time of his life playing in room filled with balloons
Two-year-old Cooper set foot into a room filled to the brim with balloons for the first time, and needless to say he was very thrilled.
This video, filmed in the state of Utah on August 8, shows the excited pup jumping and popping the balloons at the encouragement of his amused owner.
