Info from Licensor: "We were watching as the Presidential motorcade was coming down I85, heading to view the tornado damage in Lee County, Alabama when we heard screeching tires, then a small SUV hit the median barrier cables just as the Presidential motorcade was about to pass. If not for the barriers, the car would have hit head on with the oncoming Presidential motorcade."
