Cross Traffic Failed to Yield to Right-of-Way

Info from Licensor: "Witnessed this traffic accident this morning. The gray car proceeded to cross in front of traffic that didn't have to stop. You can see that my truck came VERY close to being involved, as well. What's kind of funny is that the black car was being followed by a tow truck. There were only minor injuries. Everyone walked away. Credit: GenXJeff"
