Cruise Ship Leaves Without Tardy Passengers

Occurred on February 15, 2019 / Nassau, Bahamas

Info from Licensor: "My husband and I were taking a cruise on the Norwegian Bliss and we ported for the day on February 15th in Nassau Bahamas. Our ship was docked next to the Royal Caribbean Symphony of the Seas. They’re all aboard time was 3:30pm and sail away was suppose to take place at 4pm. I happen to capture this couple who showed up at approximately 4:15, a good 45 minutes late. With no sign of them, it was decided to pull in the gangway and drop the lines, but not long after the couple turned up and tried to get themselves back onboard. The couple can be heard yelling 'No!' and pleading with some of the crew members from across the pier. The thrusters come on and the ship starts to pull away from the dock as the couple looks on in disbelief. You can hear the ships horn blasting good bye as it pulls away from dock and is left standing there watching it pull away. This was the last port of call for them and not a great way to end their vacation. The ship was due back in Miami the following morning."
