Deer Spotted Swimming Outside NYC

Info from Licensor: "Noujan, Ken, Illya, Mack and Levent were sailing near Ellis Island and Liberty State Park on September 16 around 6:30 pm, looking for a lost VHF radio in the water and noticed an object floating. As soon as we noticed there is a deer and not a radio, I started recording. We are a sailing team that sails and races in weekly Manhattan Yacht Club sailing races."
