Diver encounters rare feather-like starfish off Croatia
A lucky diver filmed this rare feather-like starfish whilst on a diving trip off western Croatia.
Footage captured on May 23 shows the marine invertebrate swimming close to the seafloor.
Feather starfish is an ancient marine species that are often anchored to the seafloor and occasionally break free floating or swimming among bright corals and anemones.
