Dog Cornered Next to a Flood

Info from Licensor: "Well, it's a dog that was found trapped in a riverbed, cornered. We managed to see it and recorded the moment the dog was stuck in a corner in the middle of the strong current and heavy rain. We managed to get a rope from nearby residents, and a man tied a knot in the rope and managed to hook it around the dog's neck. He quickly pulled it up so it wouldn't drown. The firefighters arrived, but the dog had already been rescued. We couldn't record the rescue because the rain intensified and my phone was getting very wet, so we had to stop recording."
