Dog with Hat and Sunglasses Rides on Back

Info from Licensor: I was driving in London, stopped at a red light, when I saw this dude cycling along on a low-cruiser bicycle...with his dog...in a backpack...with sunglasses on! So cool. I just had to film it, and only just managed to catch him before the lights changed.
