Drive through tsunami-struck Palu shows quiet and calm

Calm and quietness dominate the city of Palu in Indonesia almost a week after an earthquake and tsunami struck the island of Sulawesi.

Footage captured on October 3 shows abandoned streets in the late afternoon.

The official death toll soared above 1,400, according to Indonesia's National Disaster Mitigation Agency.

Many of the cities residents have fled Palu to other cities such as Makassar and Manado, according to one local.
