Explosion injures thirteen people in central Lyon, France


At least thirteen people have been injured after an explosion went off in the city of Lyon, France on May 24.

The cause of the small blast in a central shopping area near the intersection of Victor Hugo road and Sala road has not yet been determined.

A terror probe has been opened by authorities in Paris after reports the blast could have been caused by a nail bomb in a parcel.

Footage shows the police cordon and a multitude of fire engines attending the scene.

The filmer also captures an interview with French politician David Kimelfeld at the scene. The interview in in French without any subtitles.
