Fail! Driver forced to swim for it after his pick up truck washes off slipway
Crowds gathered on the quay in Mossel Bay, South Africa on Sunday as a man tried desperately to stop his pick-up truck from sinking.
The Toyota Hilux was washed off the slipway as he tried to tow in his boat.
The man and several others managed to eventually winch the vehicle back to dry land.
"Luckily, no-one was hurt but the Toyota Hilux will never be the same," said the filmer.
"I think he's going to need a rental," he added.
