Family Helps Rescue Dog Out of River

Info from Licensor: "My mom, my 4-year-old son, and I were walking down the street when my son went to look at and throw stones into the water. I went over with him and saw the little dog. I quickly called my husband on my cell phone so he could help us get him out. Between him and my mom, they got him out, but once he was out, he couldn't walk. We called a dog shelter for help, and they told us which veterinarian to take him to for treatment."
