Fare Evasion on the BSL Has Gone Too Far!

Info from Licensor: "I was taking the subway to work, half awake. I sat down and all the sudden people were screaming and squealing and jumping up on their seats. I looked and saw a fat rat running around. I thought it was hilarious so I filmed it. He eventually got shooed off. SEPTA subways can be kind of rough, but it was a nice moment when everyone was smiling and laughing with each other afterwards."
