After retiring from a maximum-security mental hospital, I’ve learned to slow down and enjoy the little things—like feeding the squirrels at Morro Rock in Morro Bay, California. It’s something that always makes me smile. Today, I brought along my new Ray-Ban Meta glasses, which have a built-in camera, and recorded the experience.
