Fireman struggles to catch fearsome baby cobra at Thai home
This cobra might have been small but was definitely fearsome.
Volunteers from Bangna Fire Station had trouble catching the deadly snake in a resident's house in Bangkok, Thailand last Friday (June 21).
The monacled cobra, with its distinctive flared hood, is one of the most deadly in the world.
''Baby snakes can be even more dangerous because they're not experienced enough to bite and release, so they'll keep the fangs in the prey for longer, '' said a fire service spokesman who recorded the video.
