Info from Licensor: "I never thought this would happen. I arrived home to notice that my concrete front entranceway was sagging. Moments later while inspecting it, my wife says, "hopefully it's not hollow and we fall through." Guess what happens next? A 3000lb piece of concrete breaks and I go falling down."
