Girl falls between platform and train at Beijing station while mom glued to phone

A girl fell between a platform and a train at a station in Beijing.

In the video, the girl's mum lies on the edge of the platform to try to rescue her daughter while saying "mum is here" repeatedly.

The train station employees guide the girl and are able to help her get out successfully.

According to reports, the girl walked past the safety line and dropped into the gap between the platform and the train while her mum was focusing on her phone.

Fortunately, the girl suffered only minor head injuries.
