Girl riding tyre gets dragged along snowy road by her father in car in China's Henan
A father dragged his daughter on a tyre at the back of his car on a snow-covered road for fun in northern China.
The video, filmed in Handan City in Hebei Province on February 14, shows a girl sitting on a tyre attached to the back of a car with a rope and being pulled along a snow-covered road.
According to reports, the father came up with the idea as a game for his daughter. However, police deducted points off his licence and fined him because of his dangerous driving.
