Gospel singers, flags, scarves and chanting as #WalkForVichai passes through Leicester

Thousands of Leicester supporters march through the city's De Montfort University (DMU) campus, attired in blue and white scarves and waving flags as the DMU Gospel Choir sings.

The football team, fans and city residents gathered to commemorate club owner Vichai Srivaddhanaprabha who died in a helicopter crash along with four others at the King Power Stadium at the end of October.

The #WalkForVichai took place on Saturday, with the crowd moving from Jubilee Square to King Power Stadium ahead of the team's Premier League match against Burnley. The event was known as the "5,000-1 walk" as a salute to the odds given for the team's 2016 Premier League win
