Info from Licensor: "I was walking my dog on Muizenberg Beach ( Cape Town, South Africa) and was throwing a ball for him like usual when I noticed a seagull trying to pick up the ball, I quickly got out my phone and sure enough the next throw he came back and successfully nabbed the ball and flew off with it."
