Handcuffed Suspect Jumps Out of Cop Car And Flees Police

Info from Licensor: "I was at a red light in my truck when this incident happened. I saw the handcuffed person jump out of the cop car and take off running. The cop just put the car in park and left the door wide open in traffic of a major roadway and took off on foot chasing the inmate. The cop was out of shape so he couldn’t catch the inmate. Innocent bartenders and other vehicles stopped and help capture the guy until the cop was able to get there and take control of him again."
