Info from Licensor: "A major flood hit the much of Nebraska, including my hometown of Pierce. A trucking company out of Kansas brought in 9 semis full of hay. The convoy was lead into Pierce by the Pierce County Sheriff's Dept. and traffic control was provided by the Pierce Police Dept. Fire and rescue assisted with highway traffic control."
