Info from Licensor: "A tweaker on the train starts complaining about some other guys pants being too low. The tweaker gets a little too close for comfort of the sitting passenger and as soon as he stands up the tweaker cowers as they both talk a lotta game with nothing happening. Eventually the tweaker tries to act tough and spit through the closing doors but all that talking appears to have given him a case of dry mouth. Credit: Donald Pusateri"
