Heavy snow turns Arizona desert into eerie winter landscape
Recent winter storms in the countryside around Phoenix, Arizona left the normally arid desert area covered in a thick coat of snow.
Footage of the contradictory landscape, filmed on February 22 near North Scottsdale, shows the cacti, sand and scrub bushes along the road and on a hillside covered in snow.
The filmer commented: "Is this a sign of Global Warming? I don't know, but what I do know is that that I need to make some snow angels!"
