Info from Licensor: "I found a man in Brooklyn, NYC who ‘herds’ pigeons from a roof in Bushwick. He waves a tall flag which it seems is actually a garbage bag tied to a tall stick. He is able to make the pigeons fly in an organized circle, potentially herding more, while random bypassers go about their everyday lives below. This all takes place in an urban environment where you hear an apartment door buzzing, see trash bags on the street and graffiti on the building near the roof he is standing on."
