Heroic vet gives CPR to dying kitten to bring it back to life

A heroic veterinarian in eastern China gave CPR to a dying kitten who suffered respiratory failure and was able to bring it back to life.

The video, filmed in Xuzhou City in Jiangsu Province on February 26, shows a 23-year-old veterinarian named Gu Fangfang giving a mouth-to-mouth artificial respiration to a new-born kitten repeatedly.

The mother cat had a Cesarean section operation and gave birth to four kittens. Sadly one was already dead and another one was suffering respiratory failure, necessitating quick action from the vet.

Thanks to Gu, the dying kitten was not in life-threatening condition now.
