Police attack Hong Kong protesters, after several vandalize police vehicles as the fifth day (August 13) of protests at Hong Kong International Airport, come to a close.

In this moment, protesters flee as police angrily chase after them, following the vandalization of police vehicles. Chaos breaks as people scream, terrified of what is to come.

Demonstrators have been at the airport for the past several days in response to the ongoing protest after initially opposing a bill to create an extradition treaty with the neighboring People's Republic of China.

Although Hong Kong's chief executive, Carrie Lam, removed the bill, protesters continue to take over the streets in demand for the resignation of Lam in addition to higher democratic freedoms.
