Horse Gallops Along Highway

Info from Licensor: "I was driving with my dog to go hiking, saw the horse and decided to follow it instead. I followed it with a motorcyclist northbound on the 101 while I updated dispatchers. At one point the horse dropped an iPhone so I stopped and picked that up, then continued. It made it all the way to Encinitas before stopping. A random woman calmed it down. Police grabbed hold, then another woman in a jockey outfit showed up and was panicking saying it needed a vet. They took off the saddle and it was bleeding pretty heavily. Police asked me to leave so I gave them the phone and left."
