Info from Licensor: "It was all setup to be a cool video, had my Gopro on the helmet, we both were dressed in rainsuits but I didn't close my jacket all the way because I was going to film the other guy but then the sea went down my jacket and that's why he is laughing. He also got his nickname, "The Joker" after this."
