Huge rhino effortlessly steals shady spot from group of buffalo during heatwave

A rhino bull took the last shady spot from a group of buffalo during the recent heatwave in Kruger National Park.

The clip, filmed on January 31, shows the rhino walk up to the herd and manage to scare them away with his sheer size and intimidating looks, claiming the shade for himself.

The filmer told Newsflare; “To our amazement the big rhino bull casually walked straight towards the only shady spot in the area that was occupied by two buffalo.

"The rhino could clearly not be bothered by the fact that there were two buffalo in the shade. He wanted shade in the extreme heat and he was going to take it no matter what.”
