Hundreds march to Downing Street against Boris Johnson suspending government

Hundreds of Londoners marched from the Houses of Parliament to Downing Street on Wednesday evening (August 28) against Boris Johnson's decision to suspend Parliament for most of September.

The Prime Minister's critics say this is being done to try and force a no-deal Brexit, while his supporters argued it was a constitutional procedure.

The pro-EU marchers chanted "stop the coup" and "shame on you" at Downing Street.
