Judges Hit in Belarus Buggy Race

Info from Licensor: "In the agro-town of Tulovo, which is located a few kilometers from Vitebsk, the Belarus Cup, a cross-country race was held, dedicated to the Motorist and Road Builder's Day, with drivers from Russia and Belarus taking part in it. During the second day of the competition, a Russian racer flew off the track and knocked down two judges from DOSAAF. According to doctors, the injured judges were sent to the hospital with injuries of varying severity. The driver of the buggy testified to law enforcement officials.
