Info from Licensor: "With the wind blowing and rain falling, a man climbed the George Sellar bridge in Wenatchee, WA with his bike only to tie his bike to the American flag. We all watched it wave as police, ambulance, firetruck and the WSDOT closed the bridge and waited for him to come down."
