Man pulled alive from massive avalanche in Indian-controlled Kashmir
Three policemen were rescued on Friday and five bodies were recovered from an avalanche that buried 10 people in Indian-administered Kashmir.
The avalanche hit a fire emergency facility late on Thursday in the Banihal area of the Kashmir valley.
Rescuers dug for hours through heavy snow to reach the trapped people.
The dead include two firefighters and three police, according to officials.
