Man Rescues Crying Kitten After Rainstorm

Info from Licensor: "While I was closing my shop at the end of the workday, I heard a strange noise coming from behind a huge dirt mound on site. I decided to record my journey to figure out where the noises were coming from. I came upon a kitten stuck between a drainage pipe, and the building next door to me, in water up to his neck. Was able to free him from the flooding water and get him to safe ground."
