Man Tries to Flee After Flipping Stolen Cop Car

Info from Licensor: "Someone stole cop car in Daly City and I got this video while waiting on a green light. I heard screeching on my left side and turned my wheel to the right and then the cop's car crashed in front of us. Both didn't get hit and also there's a cop waiting on the other side of the light after the thief crashed the car, he jumped out and try to run away and he got caught right away."
