Info from Licensor: "In this video, a liquid leaked from a truck and spread all over the highway. When we asked the truck driver, he said it was rice polish (Dhan ki polish). Because of this, the cars coming at high speed on the highway started slipping. The cars we were trying to stop from a distance became uncontrollable because the drivers panicked.
