Info from Licensor: "My dad has been making ice bucket luminaries every winter (weather permitting) for close to 20 years now. The installation is located at the neighborhood mailboxes and on the way to the local middle school, so many community members have the chance to enjoy the lights during the darkest part of our winter season.
