No Vaping Allowed Guy

Info from Licensor: "I was sitting inside at the Winstar Casino, Panda Express. When an employee kindly asked the gentleman that there was no vaping allowed. The gentleman angrily replied back saying that he saw the sign but that he isn't inside the restaurant, he is standing on the outside of the dining area. But he didn't stop there, and was getting angrier by the second."
