Info from Licensor: "After completely failing to provide any sort of crowd control (like a line perhaps) the NYPD blocked everyone from getting to the parade viewing section for their safety. Many people had climbed to the top of the elevator but when one man passed out the other two who were up there jumped down in fear. My video displays the aftermath of that. Credit: Jules"
