Info from Licensor: "This officer was caught allegedly accepting 500 pesos as a settlement payment for the charge that the other person committed. Here in the Philippines, it was declared by President Duterte to ban smoking in all public places and if you are caught there is a ticket that will be issued to the offender. However, it appears they settled it in a secret way and did not abide by the law. City Mayor of Pasig, Vico Sotto suspended the OPS officer without pay and will face charges as a corrupt officer."
