Info from Licensor: "I was sitting at a red light at a pretty busy intersection on 44 (which mind you has zero side walks and is a pretty narrow road! I’m thinking maybe he was possibly trying to meet his maker a bit quicker.) And next thing I see is a Eustis Police car with full lights and sirens blaring chasing an old man on a scooter that clearly had no intentions of stopping!"
