One injured after car rams into shopping mall lift lobby in southern Chinese city
A driver lost control of her vehicle when parking at a shopping center in Huizhou city, located in China's Guangdong province, ramming the car into a lift lobby and injuring one person on December 2.
This surveillance footage shows the moment of the incident.
According to local media, the driver mistook the brake for the accelerator, causing the car to speed up forcefully. A hygiene worker suffered minor injuries.
