Ontario's main roads swallowed by fast moving rivers during storm surge

Storm surge flooding in Ontario, Canada has submerged grassy public areas underwater, and cars are struggling to drive through main roads.

Footage of the storm damage in Port Colborne, filmed yesterday (February 24), shows two people hardly able to get the door of their Jeep open against the powerful wind.

As well as fast moving water swallowing the tires of cars, waterfowl is observed fighting rough gusts of sleet and difficult water conditions.
