Oreo Demands Scratches!

Info from Licensor: Oreo is a corgi and for some reason, his go-to noise is the aaawwwooo noise he uses which means he is happy, excited, wants attention, or disapproves.
So what you see in the video is Oreo just lying back being scratched but every time we stop he disapproves and uses the aaawwwooo call to action to ask for my scratches.
