Petrol station worker sprays fire extinguisher to stop smoker in China


A petrol station worker sprayed a fire extinguisher on a driver after he refused to stop smoking.

The CCTV video, captured in Hangzhou City in eastern China's Zhejiang Province on March 24, shows a petrol station employee suddenly spraying a fire extinguisher at the driver of a black car.

Then the driver comes out of his car and walks to the employee to hit him on the neck.

According to reports, the driver Mr Li began to smoke when started his car while leaving the petrol station.

The petrol station staff asked Li to stop smoking but he refused, prompting the staff member to spray the fire extinguisher on Li to force him to stop.

Li has been detained for three days by police.
